New Air Italy Media Centre Launched

Air Italy is delighted to unveil its new Media Centre where all communication professionals can now discover all the airline’s latest news, information and assets needed to support their work.
The new Air Italy Media Centre, in Italian and English, has been built on a platform developed by the Netherlands’ company PressPage, and is structured around three key levels of information: Latest news and destinations, Company news and News archive. The multimedia gallery section contains a full repository for the downloading of images and videos.
Also core to the new Media Centre is a fully integrated live social media feed so that all the airline’s posts and social media communication are visible in the same window, along with the key contacts of the company press office and access to the newsletter subscription which is dedicated to journalists.

Air Italy is an Italian airline fully owned by AQA Holding (51% Alisarda and 49% Qatar Airways), with its headquarters in Olbia and main operating base in Milan Malpensa.
In March 2018 the Company started operation as Air Italy.
Beginning in May 2018, Air Italy added new domestic routes from Milan to Rome, Naples, Palermo, Catania, Lamezia Terme and Cagliari (March 2019) all scheduled for connection to its newest long-range destinations including New York, Miami, Bangkok, Delhi, Los Angeles and San Francisco (April 2019), Toronto (May 2019).
Its network also includes direct international flights from Milan Malpensa to Accra, Cairo, Dakar, Lagos, Sharm El-Sheikh, and, from its Olbia Costa Smeralda hub, year-round scheduled services to Rome, Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa and Bologna and seasonal ones to a wide range of domestic and regional destinations.
Air Italy’s fleet is currently comprised of three Boeing 737 MAX, five Boeing 737 NG, five Airbus A330.
